Don't you just hate spoilers? I do, too. That's why I always try to include warnings. However, I sometimes ramble a bit too much here or there and maybe a few (or many) key plot points slip without me giving proper notice. So I'd like to include a blanket spoiler warning for the weary internet travelers of the world: Here There Be Spoilers. You've been warned.

The Soundtrack to Hell

You're in Hell. There just happens to to be a loud stereo system belting out tunes. Or maybe it's a Walkman, that way you know you are really in Hell. Anyway, the stereo is on Hell's official heavy metal/hard rock radio station. The question is... what songs are playing? What are the most evil sounding songs out there? This is my list. Sure, there could be many more than twelve, but this is Hell and we can't always get what we want.

  1. Antichrist Superstar - Marilyn Manson
  2. Black Sabbath - Black Sabbath
  3. Raining Blood - Slayer
  4. Am I Evil? - Diamond Head
  5. Disturbing the Priest - Black Sabbath
  6. Beyond the Realms of Death - Judas Priest
  7. Evil - Mercyful Fate
  8. Hell Awaits - Slayer
  9. Re-Animation - Sacrifice
  10. Satan - Running Wild
  11. Black Metal - Venom
  12. Enemy of God - Kreator

  1. I remember when I was a young teenager and I heard "Black Sabbath" for the first time. It was the most evil sounding song I'd ever heard. I didn't even want to play it loud because my mom might hear it and take it away from me (insert grinning face). The song to this day, as old as it is, still sounds scary. Ozzy's voice is just perfect for this song. I never have liked the other Sabbath singers touching "Black Sabbath." You know how they retire numbers in football? Well, when Ozzy left Black Sabbath, they should have retired the song.
